The whole experience was PLEASANT. Liked the hotel, it is wonderful and clean, has absolutely perfect and magnificent location to those transport links. Everything was very enjoyable, the room was well-equipped and brand-new with functional decor, a balcony, as for instance. The check-in was flexible and the atmosphere was quiet overall. Besides, there was private parking and the parking fee was gbp 15 per day.

It is perfect for those wanting to explore Turin, as it is right in the city center. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with recommendations on what to see and where to eat. We had a room with a balcony, offering a great view of the city. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast included some lovely local cheese, which was a delightful treat.
With restricted mobility, it was difficult to find Italian family restaurants close by.

The staff were wonderful and so helpful and friendly. The hotel, though small, was well designed and very conveniently placed in relation to the station, yet only a short walk to most attractions. The area was safe and near a charming gallery with eateries. We especially liked this Stars and Roses restaurant, which gave us 10% discount for staying at the hotel.
Could be slightly noisy at night as noises echoed a bit, but this was a minor point. All good.

This hotel has a great location close to the railway station and the city center. It's really close to the main attractions and there's a nearby small restaurant that serves great food. The staff are friendly and always willing to help with anything you need.
The rooms are poorly lit and the bathroom is small and outdated.
